Day 2 - It's Cold Outside (NOT!) but it IS cold ... inside your nose!

I'll be posting a ROUND-UP for all the SUPER "Love Bugs Banners for Special Needs Kids" on my blog today as well. Don't miss it ... there's some SUPER blog candy to share at: THIS POST!

Thank you for joining us today on the "It's Cold Outside Blog Hop."  Today is DAY #2 of the hop ... click here to visit the card I made for yesterday's post.

If you arrived here from Lissa Marie's blog, or landed here by chance, welcome -- and please hop over to the start of the hop at Z's blog (http://scrappinwithz.blogspot.com/). Zenita will tell you about the blog candy available for followers on this wintry trail.  Thank you to our sponsor, Chris at Visual Designs, for the digi-art blog candy!

I'm sure somewhere in what's supposed to be winter it's cold outside, but here in suburban Philadelphia, truth be told, it's unseasonably mild. The shine's shining and it's still nice enough outside to go without mittens and woolies.

BUT the variable weather leads to more misery -- germs spreading and FLU SEASON!  So baby, it may not be cold outside, but you sure have a cold inside ... your NOSE!

So I made this little gift "get well kit" for my suffering friends, and wrote the little ditty on its cover. Here goes:

The box is cut using Cricut's "Tags, Bags, Boxes and More" cartridge -- it's a "crayon box".
The art work is clip art from www.ClickArtOnline.com (a subscription service) and I
created/welded/cut the word "Achoo!" using Fairy Cut software.

Here's what's inside the box:

A cup of chicken soup...

...a small pack of tissues

...
and a plastic Zip bag with a packet of 2 Tylenol,
....
a few cough drops
...and some tea bags.

Please jump on over to Anita's blog next to continue shooshing down the snow-covered path. I welcome your comments, and hope you'll come back often, for inspiration, a little story telling, and friendship.
