PKS Challenge: Herd You Was Mooo-vin'?

I have several friends who find themselves relocating now and in the months ahead. I'm not exactly sure who will get this card, or whether I'll be making more of them (in bulk!). Here is a card I made using the sketch provided in this month's Peachy Keen Challenge Blog (sketch shown at right):

Embellishments: Close to My Heart Liquid Glass; ribbon by Michaels; pearls, beads and googly eyes from stash
